All our volunteers are registered Pet Partners® therapy animal teams. The Pet Partners organization is a leader in the field of animal assisted interactions whose mission is improving lives through positive human-animal interactions.
Pet Partners provides standards, training, evaluation and liability insurance for volunteer teams. All our volunteers are are re-evaluated every two years. By requiring our volunteers to be registered Pet Partners, we can assure human service providers that the volunteers who enter their facilities are well-prepared and that their animals have been carefully screened.
